Protecting Future Health
According to an American Heart Association report, after menopause 70% of women develop cardiovascular disease and 30% develop osteoporosis.
The Workplace Toll
About 13% of women surveyed by Mayo Clinic reported experiencing an adverse work outcome due to menopause symptoms, and roughly 11% were missing workdays.
A Growing Heart Risk
There is a four-fold increase in cardiovascular disease risk in women in the 10 years after menopause.
The Sleep Disruption Cycle
Between 33% and 51% of women show a dramatic increase in sleep disturbance during the midlife years as they enter menopause.
The Emotional Impact
Premenopausal women with no lifetime history of major depressive disorder were nearly twice as likely to develop depressive symptoms during perimenopause.

We’ve simplified the journey with a step-by-step care plan that helps you feel informed, supported, and confident from day one.
Book an Initial Appointment
Schedule your first appointment, either in-person or virtually, to meet with our experienced menopause-trained naturopathic doctors. We’ll take the time to understand your health history, current symptoms, and health goals.
Comprehensive Health Assessment
During your second appointment, we’ll perform a detailed health assessment, including identifying what might be driving your symptoms, risk assessments and a thorough review your bloodwork. This ensures we have a complete picture of your unique needs.
Customized Care Plan
Based on our assessment and your preferences, we'll create a personalized care plan tailored to your symptoms and needs. This may include hormone replacement therapy (HRT) alongside non-hormonal options like nutritional and lifestyle counselling, supplementation, and herbal medicine.
Ongoing Support & Monitoring
Our team will monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal results. You’ll have access to follow-up appointments, symptom tracking, and open communication with your care team.

Personalized menopause support with flexible care options
Perimenopause/Menopause Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a detailed intake form, followed by a comprehensive 60-minute whole-person assessment with a licensed Naturopathic Doctor — available virtually or in person.
Here's what's included:
- Thorough review of your medical and family history, menopause symptoms, and full systems assessment
- Preventive health evaluation and education covering cancer screening, bone health, metabolic and cardiovascular risk — tailored to your needs
- Assessment of blood work and testing requirements, with requisitions provided as needed (we collaborate with Nurse Practitioners on our team when blood work is indicated)
- A personalized care plan that may include nutrition and lifestyle guidance, targeted supplementation, herbal medicine, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or non-hormonal options
- Referrals to trusted specialists like nutritionists, acupuncturists, counsellors, if additional support would benefit you
Follow-Up Consultation
Follow-ups are where the real fine-tuning happens.
- In the second consultation, we'll typically review your blood work and other testing, assess how you're responding to treatment, and make adjustments to medications, supplements, or lifestyle recommendations as needed about 4-6 weeks after your Initial Consultation.
- Follow-ups from there are recommended based on progress and goals. We will always review your current plan and make adjustments to achieve your changing needs.
- If referrals to other healthcare professionals would help, we'll coordinate that too.
Acute Calls
- Something come up between visits? We're here. Whether it's a new concern or a quick question about your plan, a brief check-in call keeps your care on track.
